The first of the new generation in his family, Lee Hands began to compete at his highest levels once he got into high school. From there, Lee developed his style in response to the highly competitive New Jersey and NNJIL conference, which at the time, boasted more sectional state championships and individual awards than any other in the state. While captain of the Belleville team, Lee was part of the Northen NJ wrestling legacy that captured seven consecutive District Championships under the helm of Coach Joseph Nisivoccia. In just a few short years, Lee garnered enough victories, tournament championships, and reputation to later on be nominated for the Hall of Fame at his alma mater.
Hands spent his post high school years first as a coach for the junior program in his hometown and then became involved in private wrestling instruction. Lee spent the next seven years in the USCG becoming a defensive tactics instructor, then moving to the Metro-Atlanta area where he has been a detective since 2000.
Hands believes the only sure way to improve oneself is to enjoy something while at the same time being convinced that you can, will, and are working harder than everyone else. That means drilling, conditioning, repetition, and constant competition. The best way to convey these values is at a place where the wrestler is in control, and receives all of the personal attention possible while allowing room for growth in a competitive environment.
Lee Hands believes that kids, both in grammar and high school, deserve the opportunity to enjoy the sport of wrestling and get the most out of it that they possibly can. Through personal attention, setting and achieving goals, and never giving up these goals can be achieved. Inner Circle hopes to live by these ideals every day and pass them along as tradition.

Tim Hands began wrestling at a very young age and has been involved in the sport of wrestling for 20 years. He has has been coaching senior, university, and cadet wrestlers full time since 2003. Tim was responsible for helping to establish the wrestling program for Team Endgame at the Combat Sports Academy in New Jersey.
After wrestling in junior high, high school and college programs, Tim was the 2004 AAU MAWA Nationals dual champion in Greco and Freestyle. Hands intends to bring the intense programs and championship style that elevated him to gold to Inner Circle for the benefit of all students.
While Tim still has national goals in mind for himself, he'd first like to take his experience as a wrestling and fitness instructor to the next level with Inner Circle. With his experience in coaching wrestling and managing training sessions full time since 2003, Hands feels that Inner Circle is just the right place for wrestlers to gain the competitive edge that they need while maintaining a sense of interest and intensity in drilling and practicing. He feels that Inner Circle is a place that is set up for improvement in skill, a spike in intensity, and a sanctuary for all who pass through its doors. A place by wrestlers for wrestlers.
Coach Tim is currently training in NJ at Team Endgame and NYAC in preparation for the upcoming 2007-2008 Senior season.
